Sophia

Sophia Willoughby Jeremiasz is from San Diego. She came to France in 2011. A former footballer in the first division and a dancer, she discovered “barre” after her football career. She then joined the American brand Pure Barre and became a teacher. She founded California Barre in 2015 which she now teaches at Brach. She also teaches vinyasa yoga.

Jimmy

This sports enthusiast is always up for taking on new challenges. Ten years of athletics at national level, an Ironman finisher and a participant in the Spartan Races, nothing scares Jimmy.
His favourite sports are pilates and triathlon. He also coaches strength and conditioning.

Jean-Marc

Jean Marc did athletics for 10 years along with body-building for nearly 30 years. This running expert will push you out of your comfort zone, but always with a smile on his face!

Matthias

With extensive experience in personal training, Matthias was trained all over the world before settling at Kuwait. He specialises in posture correction, combat sports and sports massages.

Anthony

Anthony Alexis is a qualified sports Coach who specialises in Functional training and boxing. His mantra: coaching sports club members with 3 common goals, have fun, push your limits and improve. This sport fanatic sets these 3 goals in his boxing or Functional training classes.

Adrien

A former member of the French karate team and passionate about Thai boxing, Adrien has a Professional Certificate of Youth, Popular Education and Sport (brevet professionnel de la jeunesse, de l'éducation populaire et du sport - BPJEPS). He likes to share his knowledge and expertise that he has gained throughout his long career; He specialises in martial arts, weight loss/building muscle mass, toning, dance (bachata) and sports training

Julie

Julie Laurent-Marotte is a sports coach and lifeguard, but also a Sophrologist and Sophro-Analyst (Psycho-physical therapy). She is just as involved with the physical side as she is with mental training. She is also trained in Pilates and is the author of two books: “Sophro-Meditation” and “Beach goals” (Ed. Larousse).
