Brach Paris’ tables are shared, colorful, lively tables that resonate both day and night to the rhythm  of the city. A journey in of itself. Brach restaurant is an immersion in the generous cuisines of the Mediterranean, The Terrasse of the second floor offers a separate journey with Iberian flavors, while on sunny days, the kitchen garden on the rooftop offers a soaring sky. All those spaces are signed by Chef Adam Bentalha to reflect his warm and generous touch.

Adam Bentalha

Born in Constantine, Algeria, Adam Bentalha began his career as a chef in major Parisian establishments (Ritz Paris, La Bauhinia du Shangri-la, le Royal Monceau, Prince de Galles). Brach Paris offered him his first Executive Chef position.

Adam Bentalha has created a menu that reflects his skill, identity, and origins. All the flavors of the Mediterranean basin inspire his food. His menu is constructed around produce from these sun-drenched lands, infused with spices and exotic aromas, and selected from inspired and inspiring producers.

As of september 2019, Adam is also Executive Chef at Sinner Paris. Here, the menu combines traditional North African recipes and South American accents in a blended cuisine made for sharing.

He will also be at the helm of the Brach Madrid, and Brach Rome restaurants, which will open in 2024 and 2026.

Restaurant

Created by chef Adam Bentalha, the menu at Brach Paris exudes conviviality and Mediterranean flavours with an Oriental accent. Offering healthy, balanced and tasty options, the cuisine is based on the products of these terroirs bathed in sun, spices and scents from elsewhere, selected from inspired and inspiring producers.

Terrace

In-keeping with the hotel’s spirit of relaxation and comfort, the terrace is brimming with exotic furniture, comfortable chairs and booths, warm lights and raw materials, natural oak, metal, leather and marble that create this special atmosphere. As the opening of Brach Madrid approaches, the terrace on the 1st floor takes on the colors of Spain.

Bar

Like the Restaurant, the Bar is a full-fledged journey where we find joy, generosity and sharing, values which are dear to Brach hotel. Always inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, the bar team works from fresh produce: condiments prepared on the spot, mortar ground spices, cold-pressed juices and products such as home-made syrups.

Rooftop

The air of the countryside takes over Paris’ 16th arrondissement. The roof of Brach hotel is transformed into urban garden with its hen house. A 360° view of the Paris skyline with emphasis on the Eiffel Tower. Aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables are grown and cared for. And, regardless of what time it is, we indulge in Paris’ splendour.

The refreshing cocktails created by Jérémy Bacquet pair perfectly withe bucolic menu.

Brach’s rooftop is home to a kitchen garden that is full of surprises: berries, vegetables and herbs, a Norwegian bath and panoramic views over Paris as well as… a chicken coop with 5 laying hens.

Brach Le Restaurant

Open from 7am to 11pm every day.
Reservation recommended via the button below.
Brunch on Sunday noon.
During the summer: last Brunch on Sunday 7 July- Brunch resumes on Sunday 1st September.

Brach  1ST Floor Terrace

No reservation required.
Terrace closed from Sunday 14 July to 26 August inclusive.

Brach Rooftop

Open from 6.30pm to 1am, depending on the weather and no reservation required.

From 22 July to 25 August inclusive, the kitchen garden will be open from Wednesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
