For a product launch, a press event, interviews, signings, meetings, breakfasts or private dinners, the various Finger Brach menus are inspired by the warm and Mediterranean cuisine of chef Adam Bentalha and the creations of pastry chef Yann Brys. Lunch breaks or dinners create endless opportunities to delight our taste buds. Cocktails in suites, at the Kitchen garden on the rooftop or at the Atelier are possibilities for making use of themes and original artwork. Finally, The Working Day option attempts to bring together all aspects of workshops and event packages for a one-day team work day
A TASTE OF THE COUNTRYSIDE
From the 7th floor, there’s a 360° view over the rooftops of Paris, with the Eiffel Tower standing tall. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Paris at any time of day as you watch the city below.
Minuty is a refreshing addition to this bucolic Parisian experience: you can choose your packed wicker picnic basket that includes a bottle of Minuty Rose et Or 2020, the prestigious vintage of Château Minuty, and savor it while relaxing on the cushions in the garden.

WORKSHOPS
MASTERCLASS & IMMERSIONS
An experience of food and discovery, with conversation and cooking lessons. For 90 minutes once a month you can discover the well-guarded secrets of Brach’s Chefs and Mixologist, who will share their skills with you. The food you prepare can be eaten on site or taken home after the Master class.
How do you make Adam Bentalha’s famous “hummus with sesame powder and caviar lime”? Discover Yann Brys’ patented piping technique, the tourbillon; learn how to make all kinds of Brach bread; or take a master class on gin taught by an expert from The Botanist.
Discover Brach’s immersions ! Among the choices : join the team of Chef Adam Bentalha and dive into the bustling environment of dinner service or get an access of the Brach’s Laboratoire Pâtisserie the program includes : discovering, learning, and practicing the baker’s tasks during a typical day, alongside Luc Balavoine, the right-hand man of Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
