A FULL-FLEDGED JOURNEY

Like the Restaurant, the Bar is a full-fledged journey where we find joy, generosity and sharing, values which are dear to Brach hotel. Always inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, the bar team works from fresh produce: condiments prepared on the spot, mortar ground spices, cold-pressed juices and products such as home-made syrups. A tapas menu is also offered, always true to Brach hotel's identity.
