Brach Paris’ tables are shared, colorful, lively tables that resonate both day and night to the rhythm  of the city. A journey in of itself. Brach restaurant is an immersion in the generous cuisines of the Mediterranean, The Terrasse of the 1st floor offers a separate journey, while on sunny days, the kitchen garden on the rooftop offers a soaring sky. All those spaces are signed by Chef Adam Bentalha to reflect his warm and generous touch.

Adam Bentalha

Born in Constantine, Algeria, Adam Bentalha began his career as a chef in major Parisian establishments (Ritz Paris, La Bauhinia du Shangri-la, le Royal Monceau, Prince de Galles). Brach Paris offered him his first Executive Chef position.

Adam Bentalha has created a menu that reflects his skill, identity, and origins. All the flavors of the Mediterranean basin inspire his food. His menu is constructed around produce from these sun-drenched lands, infused with spices and exotic aromas, and selected from inspired and inspiring producers.

Adam is also the Executive Chef of Brach Madrid. He will also oversee the kitchens of Brach Rome, whose opening is scheduled for 2026.

Created by chef Adam Bentalha, the menu at Brach Paris exudes conviviality and Mediterranean flavours with an Oriental accent. Offering healthy, balanced and tasty options, the cuisine is based on the products of these terroirs bathed in sun, spices and scents from elsewhere, selected from inspired and inspiring producers.

Terrace

In-keeping with the hotel’s spirit of relaxation and comfort, the terrace is brimming with exotic furniture, comfortable chairs and booths, warm lights and raw materials, natural oak, metal, leather and marble that create this special atmosphere. On the menu, the essentials: beautifully presented antipasti, a selection of Alpine wines, inspired, balanced cocktails by Jérémy Bacquet.

Bar

Like the Restaurant, the Bar is a full-fledged journey where we find joy, generosity and sharing, values which are dear to Brach hotel. Always inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, the bar team works from fresh produce: condiments prepared on the spot, mortar ground spices, cold-pressed juices and products such as home-made syrups.

Rooftop

This summer, Domaine Minuty takes to the Brach Paris rooftop to unveil La Villa Minuty, a lavish new venue echoing the elegance of the French Riviera, where the Domaine’s story began in 1936. 

Inspired by the sea, every detail from the furnishings to the Riviera-inspired colors has been carefully curated to recreate the atmosphere of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula.

The menu celebrates the art of the Provençal apéritif, featuring simple, regional products that pair perfectly with the Domaine’s wines, including the signature cuvées from the Or range and the prestigious cuvée 281.

An exclusive experience, every evening from 5 p.m. to midnight.
